and welcome to our family website for news of our year.

News

It's been a while since we've updated this site, but 2025 has definitely been a year to share what we've been up to once again.

Highlight of the year undoubtedly was finally getting our hall ceiling repaired (just kidding).

In September, Daniel started his degree in biochemistry at the University of Bath.

Throughout the year we have been wracking our brains to answer the Guardian's weekly quizzes - even in Cornwall for the summer.

After a year as Student President of Harris Westminster Sixth Form, Jacob went up to study PPE at Merton College, Oxford.

This year we got a new line at Acton Central. Actually the same Overground as before, but with a new name.

Another year YouTubing for Brendan - the practical dad. Not only over 5,000 subscribers, but an article in the Raspberry Pi Magazine.

After a couple of studio moves for Polly this year, she has now taken over the dining room for her painting on the days she isn't teaching.

Daniel's campus room on the 9th floor has an amazing view of the Bath countryside. Not that he has time to look out of the window.

Right up to date, and with the boys home, we're all just about ready for Christmas.
